This form is to be used when applying for 2028 grants from The Chessed Foundation.

The form will be available for online completion via your organisation's portal between 1st February 2027 and 31st March 2027 ONLY.

Please note that strict word and upload limits apply per response. Failure to include or upload required documentation may invalidate the application.

Provide the full budget - detailing (as a minimum)

• Total cost of project
• Breakdown of costings for the major components
• Cost components that this grant application is for

Signed audited financials MUST be uploaded if a project request is for greater than $18,000.

Should an organisation submit multiple grant applications, totaling over $18,000, signed audited financials must be uploaded.

If signed audited financials are not uploaded, the maximum potential grant to your organisation will be $18,000.

Please nominate 1 person not involved with the project that can vouch for the organisations ability to successfully manage the requested funding.
